He then follows Stone when they signal for him and Liam to come. Bryce quickly realizes what they were trying to do when a cassette player lands right where he had just been standing. As this comes to no avail, Stone shoves him out of the way, angering him. He then gets startled by Abstracty as they're teleported in right beside him.īryce struggles to understand Stone as they frantically sign, trying to tell him to get out of the way. He wakes up, greeted by the sight of Folder, which he takes as Airy bringing in more contestants. Bryce and Amelia both step onto the pole when Liam accidentally trips onto it and declares himself safe.Īmelia goes to wake Bryce up when Airy announces that he's bringing more contestants in, though lets him sleep when Liam tells her to. For most of the challenge, Bryce, Amelia, and Liam refuse to do the challenge, growing increasingly annoyed as Airy constantly shortens the pole to get them to complete the challenge. Bryce is still confused when Airy explains to them that the new contestants come from a different world.Īs the challenge begins, Bryce expresses his distaste for the competition with Liam and Amelia, and chides Airy when he chips into the conversation. Shortly after, Bryce appears to be introducing himself to Whippy Creamy, who's dumbfounded by the idea of him having a job. He complains when Airy announces that he's bringing more contestants in, though is silenced when Subway Seat gets teleported over.īryce stares confusedly at the new contestants, then grumbles when Airy is about to explain the competition to them. He almost instantly assumes that Tomato's disappearance has to do with Airy, which turns out to be true, as he had eliminated and sent Tomato back home. Charlotte brings Tomato up, leading Bryce to question the whereabouts of the baby. When Liam says he's glad he's not dead, Bryce agrees, saying he couldn't imagine dying in a place like this. The episode starts off as Bryce helps Liam to stand up after one of his walking aids snap, leading him to collapse. Unlike them, however, he doesn't take any damage. He is safe from elimination as Liam (who got put up for elimination, along with Tomato) and Amelia fell to the ground before him. He stays in the pole until the end, though ends up falling off his pole off-screen while Airy is explaining that this challenge is only the first of many. The challenge starts as he is teleported on the pole. He later scolds Taylor for not worrying enough, which makes Charlotte ask why is he so focused on leaving. He demands to go back, saying he has work to do. He asks Airy where they are and why they are in The Plane specifically, which Airy gives simple and vague answers to. In the episode, Bryce is teleported to The Plane while sleeping. Still, he has a softer side to him, shown by how he and Amelia stick by and worry for Liam, sacrificing the chance to go home quickly when he trips onto the pole in " Just Tripped".īryce also seems to be incredibly nostalgic about his past, seeing his old neighborhood in "The Waiting Room", and throughout the episode "Universe Modulation" wanting to join someone named Stella, presumably his sister.Īfter the events of " Universe Modulation", Bryce is shown to be much kinder to Liam than during earlier episodes of ONE: Season 2, and in " A Toast" buys him a cup of water. He is disinterested with the competition, so much so that even with promises of a wish for anything he wants, he continues to be dead set on going home.

Bryce can be grumpy, as he frequently complains.
